Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators code requirement that you follow the maintenance requirements at a minimum. The local authority jurisdiction dictates what is required by buildings to comply with the local code. An elevator maintenance service agreement can assist in following code and getting the maintenance required for your equipment.
The Elevator Consultants offers streamlining a maintenance agreement with terms and conditions favorable for your building. Complete the form to the best of your ability. Once the form is completed a maintenance service contract will be provided so you can send to service providers for pricing. You will receive two documents:
1. The new maintenance contract
2. A price chart you will send to the service provider for pricing.
